I will never forget arriving at your house on the Saturday morning after Thanksgiving, probably about 1990-91, for a pre-Christmas parade brunch. I had just been in your house the day before and everything looked just like it always….neat as a pin and sparkling, but normal.
When we walked in the door my jaw dropped. You had completely, and I mean completely, decorated for Christmas during the night. The tree, wreaths, candles, mantle, windows, doors, pillows. I felt at that moment that fairies must indeed exist because they arrived at your house in force during the night and took charge.
Will you please come decorate our house this year since you are already done and have surely not had a sufficient fix of Christmas decorating to last you thirty more days.
